Fix for Missing Enrollment Data and Date Reset in Family Exit Workflow

Overview

A backend update has been implemented to resolve a bug that was clearing critical enrollment data (Family, Program Name, and Organization fields) and overriding the Program Enrollment Begin Date with the current date.

To resolve this permanently, the Exit Date field has been moved to the very end of the workflow. Because of this architectural shift, the system will now automatically default to the current date when you first launch the workflow.

Impact & Necessary Actions

Users must adjust their workflow behavior slightly to ensure data accuracy. When processing a family exit, you must manually update the assessment date at the beginning of the workflow to match the client’s actual exit date.

Steps to change the date:

  1. In the Assessment field, click on the date and program (or click the down arrow) to expand the menu.

  2. Click on the pencil icon for the at exit assessment you are creating. (Note: This only needs to be completed once for each client in the workflow).

  3. Change the Assessment date to the family members’ actual Exit date.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Once the assessment date updates, proceed and complete the rest of the Exit workflow normally.
