This report pulls all case notes for all clients in an organization. The fields on the report include:
- Created By UserID
- Created By UserName
- Case Note Created Date
- Case Note Date
- Created FormID
- CaseNoteID
- ClientID
- EnrollmentID
- Organization
- OrganizationID
- Program
- ProgramID
- ServiceTotal
- ServiceID
- Unit Of Measure
Users can use the “Excel Export” menu item from the tear drop to take a full export of all the case note records.
