Overview
The Pending Enrollments (Org) report provides an organization-level view of client enrollments with either of the following statuses:
- Assessment Pending
- Enrollment Pending
The report can be filtered by program and date range, helping users identify enrollments that may require follow-up. Unlike the client-specific Incomplete Enrollments form, this report allows users to review qualifying records across an organization rather than only for the client currently selected.
The report is available in Production and has been tested to confirm that it returns clients tied to enrollments with one of the two specified statuses.
Users can run the report to identify pending enrollments and assessments that may require follow-up.
To access the report, navigate to:
Reports → Operational Reports (Org) → Other Reports → Pending Enrollments (Org)
Use the available program and date-range filters to narrow the results as needed.
No additional action is required to enable the report.
