Timestamp Fix: Case Notes Display Correct Timezone

The timestamps within the CaseWorthy Application, particularly on Case Notes add and edit screens, have been updated to correctly reflect the appropriate time zone. Previously, users reported that timestamps were two hours behind, an issue that has now been rectified.
