Two new options added to the relationship dropdown for contacts in HMIS!

Overview
Following user feedback and a thorough cleanup of an underlying form issue within the CT HMIS platform, we have expanded the relationship selection options for client contacts. Users can now explicitly designate legal guardians/conservators from the contact dropdown list.
The two newly added options are:

Conservator of Estate
-
Conservator of Person
Impact & Necessary Actions
No major workflow modifications are required. When entering or updating a client’s family or external network contact information, caseworkers can now select these new designations directly from the dropdown.
