Updated insurance field logic to ensure Medicaid compliance for Husky D.

Overview
Following a review of DDaP standards, it was identified that Medicaid LIA Husky D was missing the mandatory requirement for a policy number. The underlying rules for all four insurance type fields were reworked to ensure that all Medicaid options—with the exception of Medicaid BHH – Waiver—properly trigger the “Required” validation for the policy number field.
Impact & Necessary Actions
Users enrolling clients with Medicaid Husky D will now be required to provide a Policy Number before saving the assessment. Please ensure staff are aware that this field is now mandatory for data quality compliance.
