Updated Insurance Policy Number Validation for DMHAS/DDAP Forms

Overview
We updated the Insurance Policy Number 1 field on the DMHAS/DDAP (Input) form to prevent invalid entries and improve reporting accuracy.
What Changed
The Insurance Policy Number field now:
- Only allows letters and numbers (no special characters)
- Limits entries to 9 characters maximum
Impact & Necessary Actions
When entering an Insurance Policy Number, make sure it is:
- No more than 9 characters
- Letters and numbers only
- Entered according to DDaP formatting standards (including any required prefixes)
