Updated “Prior Living Situation” list for CAN Assessment

Overview
We have streamlined the picklist for the Prior Living Situation. The previous list was defaulted to the entire list of Living Situation Response Categories from the HUD 2024 Data Standards. The updated picklist now presents a more concise selection, aligning closely with the latest standards set forth by HUD for Prior Living Situation. See below for the list of changes.
