REMINDER – TOMORROW, 11/10 IS THE LAST DAY TO SUBMIT HIC DATA IN THE PIT DATABASE AND LAST DAY TO SUBMIT BED CHANGES

As you know, HUD requires the CoC to conduct a count of our housing inventory and persons experiencing homelessness each year. This process has begun and the point-in-time count (PIT) will be held on 1/24/23.

Please take a moment to review the message below from ACT, the HIC/PIT materials and deadlines below.

Message from ACT:

Thank you for attending 2022-2023 HIC/PIT kickoffs. I have, for your convenience, attached the link to our website. There, you will find the 2022 webinar recording, desk guides, and the new agency/program entry form (Excel), and bed change forms (Excel).

Also, I realize we scheduled these sessions, with little notice. Please accept my apologies for this oversight. These are busy times, and we want to be mindful of everyone’s time and workload. We WILL do better. Have a great weekend, and I look forward to connecting with you soon!

Advancing CT Together HIC/PIT Website

Deadlines:

  • 11/4/22 —Last day to submit Helpdesk tickets to Nutmeg on PIT database issues. Helpdesk tickets should go to: help@nutmegit.com
  • 11/10/22 – HIC Bed Change Forms & New Program Data Forms are due.
  • If your program has had a change in beds since last year, please complete the HIC Bed Change Form; you will not be able to make bed changes directly in the PIT database, HI will make the change.
  • If you have a new program that has opened in the last year, please complete the New Program Data Form so that we can ensure your program is included in the HIC & PIT.
  • Forms should be returned to ctboscoc@gmail.com — Link to HIC Bed Change Form & Link to New Program Data Form
