Dear Providers:
As you know, last week we released the Project Lists which indicate which type of project each agency will submit to HUD for the CoC competition. Projects will be on one of three lists:
- PSH Retained as PSH with services carved out – will submit a renewal project application
- Renewal Grants – Unchanged – will submit a renewal project application
- Renewal Grants Transitioning to TH -will submit a new transition grant application
Please review the lists to see which webinar(s) your agency should attend (details are below).
We hope that providers will be able to join us at the following webinars (depending on the type of project an agency will be submitting). See information below. Webinars will be recorded.

What We’ll Cover:
Please note that the because the majority of new projects will be Transitional Housing (TH), the New Project Webinar will be dedicated mostly to the TH project type. However, content will cover information relevant to other new project types.
In addition to the items listed in the Renewal Webinar:
· E-snaps items specific to New Projects, including Transition Projects
· Information related to Transitional Housing projects
· Project models
· Budget guidance
The Grant Inventory Worksheet has not yet been released by HUD. Total budgets are on the Projects Lists but individual line items are not.
