Dear Providers,
To help you interpret your final 2026 renewal evaluation scores below is some additional information that is not visible in RED:
- Average Score: 61.5
- Median Score: 63
- High Score: 100
- Projects scoring 84 and above are in the top 10%
- Low Score:18
- Projects Scoring 40 and below are in the bottom 10%
No projects will be required to submit Corrective Action Plans this year.
Please note that the results above do not include street outreach projects. Please stay tuned for similar information for street outreach projects.
