Access to the Alternative Data Warehouse

Participating agencies can gain access to the Alternative Data Warehouse, which provides a flexible platform for in-depth analysis of data housed in CaseWorthy. This environment is designed for agencies requiring advanced data capabilities beyond standard reporting.

Key Features of the Alternative Data Warehouse:

  • Separate from CaseWorthy Production: The Alternative Data Warehouse is a distinct environment, ensuring no interference with the live CaseWorthy system while providing access to historical and operational data.
  • Daily Data Updates: Data in the Alternative Data Warehouse is updated daily, ensuring you have access to the most current information for analysis.
  • SQL Skills Required: Users need SQL expertise to build their own queries and reports. This environment is designed for those comfortable with database structures and query languages.
  • Additional Fees: There is an additional fee per agency and per user for access to the warehouse. Please contact us for pricing details.

Access Requirements:

  • CaseWorthy Access Required: Before obtaining access to the Alternative Data Warehouse, your agency must already have access to CaseWorthy.
  • Organization-Specific Access: Access to just your organization’s data requires having a Designation of Access (DOA) on file for your agency.
  • All Organizations Access: To access data across all organizations, you must obtain approval from CT HMIS administration.

We provide setup, ongoing support, and maintenance of the warehouse environment. We do not build queries or reports on behalf of agencies. Users are responsible for creating their own queries based on their data analysis needs.
