Special NOFO CT BOS Steering Committee Meeting

Dear BOS Steering Committee:
As we mentioned at the Semi-annual meeting, we will be convening a special BOS NOFO Steering Committee meeting. This Zoom mtg will be held on Tuesday, 12/2 from 1pm-3pm. We will be discussing the following agenda items:
- Guiding principles for how to best manage the 30% permanent housing cap and which PH projects to retain
- Discussion of Ranking Policy
- Maximizing Opportunities for New Project Funding and Types of New Project Applications
- Strategies to Strengthen CoC Application Score
- Renewal Evaluation Criteria Changes to Improve CoC Application Score
- Service Participation Requirement
- Next steps on Adding Steering Committee Seat to Improve CoC Application
We will send out more detailed information on the above items in advance of the meeting.
