Instructions on how to complete an assessment through the pending process.

Completing a Pending Assessment

  1. Find your client using the “Find client” button and search their client ID
  2. After your client is loaded in the top left corner proceed to “Client/Case Management” then select “Program Enrollment”
  3. Select the gear for the program enrollment that is currently displaying “Assessments Pending”
  4. Select “Complete Assessments” which will open the assessment workflow window
  5. Ensure that every required field (indicated by the gray stars) is filled out with the correct information
  6. When finished hit “save” in the bottom right corner of the window
