Overview

Instructions on how to properly enroll/check in clients into “at reservation” type bedlist (After Enrollment). These bedlists are set-up for shelters who ideally have clients stay in the same assigned bed each night.
Instructions

  1. First make sure you’re logged in under the correct role and provider
  2. Select Program Tools from the left–side–menu and choose Bedlist/Resource Check-in.
  3. Click the gear icon next to the bed-list the client should be enrolled in and select Bed list Enrollment step one.
  4. Now you will be brought to the resource reservation screen.
  5. Change the reservation date to the date the client should be enrolled for. (This date range will automatically update to either a one week increment or the month) .
  6. Click search; a list of all clients enrolled for that time period will appear. Select add row in the top right corner to add your family member to the list.
  7. Enter your clients ID number in the client ID spot and click search. Select your client’s name when they appear.
  8. You can change the bed slot that is automatically chosen for you by clicking on the magnifying glass next to the bed.
  9. Change the start date to the day the client entered your program; leave the end date as 12/31/9999 (open) and select save.
  10. The client is now enrolled in the bed list.
  11. To check the client in click the gear icon next to the appropriate bed list and choose “step-two Check-In”.
  12. When the page refreshes, check the reservation date to make sure it matches the date the client was checked in to the program and click search.
  13. Select the bubble next to your clients name
  14. Click save when you’re finished.
