1/19/2023 RuleID 3: “Approximate Homelessness Start Date is BLANK in the HUD Universal Assessment at Entry” Has had the following changes made.

Correction Instructions This client has not had at least one service in the past 90 days for an outreach program. If the client is still active in the program, please provide a services. if the client is no longer active in your outreach program, exit them from the program. This client has not had a Current Living Situation Assessment (CLA)completed in the past 90 days for an outreach enrollment. If the client is still active in the program, please create the CLA and enter any Services received. if the client is no longer active in your outreach program, exit them from the program.
Summary This client has not had at least one service in the past 90 days for an outreach program. This client has not had at least one Current Living Situation Assessment and/or service in the past 90 days for an outreach program.

RuleID 8: “ES Bed Nights are outside of the enrollment start and end dates” has had the following changes made.

Correction Instructions This error includes records for Clients who have recorded bed night services for dates that are not within their program enrollment for Emergency Shelter – Night by Night projects.

Adjust the enrollment end date to encapsulate the ES bed night or remove the out of bounds service records.

Note: If there are more than one service date out of bounds, this alert error will show for each service outside of the enrollment date. If you are correcting an incorrect enrollment date and have this alert error showing several times. It will clear out all the related alerts when the error is next checked because all the services will be inside the enrollment period going forward. You will not need to adjust the enrollment date for each service.

This error includes records for Clients who have bed night service/check-ins for dates that are not within their program enrollment period for Emergency Shelter – Adjust the enrollment start or end date to encapsulate the ES bed night service/check-ins or delete the bed night service/check ins that are not within the program enrollment period.

Note: If you are adjusting an incorrect enrollment start or end date and have this alert error showing several times, it will clear out all the related alerts when the error is next checked because all the services will now be within the enrollment period. Thus, you will not need to adjust the enrollment date for each service.
