The session reviewed the HUD Notice of Funding Availability (NOFO)

30% cap on permanent housing funding that will require most CT BOS CoC Permanent Housing grants, including PSH, RRH, and Joint TH/RRH to transition to a Transitional Housing model in this competition. The session also covered: NOFO conversion process & timeline, impact on programs and participants, challenges & opportunities, CoC requirements for TH programs and communication strategies for staff & participants.
