We are pleased to announce upcoming improvements aimed at streamlining your experience in CaseWorthy. Our team is committed to enhancing system performance and ensuring a more productive environment for everyone. As part of this initiative, we will be implementing a two-phase cleanup process for workflow instances.

Phase 1: Cleanup of Empty Workflow Instances

We will start by cleaning up workflow instances that do not contain any data. These instances are typically created when users save or cancel their workflows on the first page. To maintain an efficient system, a weekly job will run over the weekend to manage any new empty instances. The effective date for this cleanup is yet to be determined (TBD).

Phase 2: Removal of Older Workflow Instances

Following the initial cleanup, we will begin removing workflow instances older than 90 days. This process will start with the oldest records and continue until the backlog is cleared. These updates will greatly improve system management, providing a smoother and more productive experience for all users. The effective date for this phase is also TBD.

If you have any questions or need assistance removing any saved workflows from your user accounts before these changes take effect, please submit a support ticket.
