Data Quality

In late December, Nutmeg changed the way APR data is pulled – this should have resolved previous unexpected results.

If you need help to identify or correct data quality issues that are impacting your results in RED use the link for the CoC Renewal Evaluation Help Desk to submit a ticket. This link can also be found on the support tab in RED.

Consumer Surveys 

If you submitted CT BOS surveys, your results are in RED. For agencies using the DMHAS survey, we are still working on those results and will let you know once they are final.
