HUD Re-Opens FY2026 CoC NOFO

New Deadline of 9/30/26

HUD has just reopened the FY2026 CoC NOFO, with a new submission deadline of September 30th. Given the shortened window, we wanted to get this in front of you right away. Details are available on HUD.gov’s CoC Competition page.

We’ll follow up Monday with more complete guidance. In the meantime, if you have a project application — new or renewal — that isn’t yet submitted, please review and prepare it for submission. E-snaps is open.
