CT HMIS – Known Issue with CaseWorthy CSV Export Function

CT HMIS Users:

There has been an identified issue with the CaseWorthy CSV export function. The issue is preventing users from generating CSV exports. This is an outcome of the latest Caseworthy Code Migration.

This has been identified as an issue with batch processor. We have escalated the issue to our software vendor, Caseworthy (Issue ID 39072). We will follow up with additional information as soon as it becomes available.
