IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

A full restore of data from backups was required to restore access to the system. The data in CT HMIS will be current as of Saturday, 1/4/2020 6AM. Any data entered after that date/time but before loss of access to the system is no longer available and will require re-entry into the system. Please note, system speed may be sluggish as forms and workflows are re-generated on first use.

Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness (CCEH) is currently experiencing issues with Email and file access

 

CCEH Staff are currently unable to access files/email at this time. Restoration of email access is expected by 1PM and files access 1-2 hrs after that. Staff are still available by phone at their appropriate extensions.

UPDATE 6: 1/7/2020 10 AM –

 

The CT HMIS database is projected to go-live by mid-day today (1/8), a “Service Restored” confirmation email confirming system availability will be sent out as soon as final testing is complete. Nutmeg IT staff continue to work on the issue affecting CTHMIS and significant progress is being made but a final ETA is not yet available.

Nutmeg IT staff continue to work on the issue affecting CTHMIS, but we will not finish today (Monday 1/6) as projected. We will provide an update tomorrow at 10AM with an updated ETA.

Nutmeg IT staff continues to work on the issue affecting CTHMIS. We’re looking at a tentative restoration of CT HMIS in the range of 6-7 PM tonight, Monday 1/6.
