We wanted to keep you informed about the ongoing efforts here at Nutmeg Consulting regarding the  submission progress for the Longitudinal System Analysis (LSA) for Fiscal Year 2023.  This update serves to provide clarity on our current focus and upcoming schedule.

Upcoming Office Hours for FY 2023 LSA Submission Date: December 19, 2023 Time: 12:00 PM EST

FY 2023 LSA Submission Schedule Highlights:

• HDX 2.0 opened for LSA data submission: November 13, 2023.

Data Submission and Review Timeline:

• December 15, 2023: Initial Review of Warning Flags Interim Benchmark. CoCs (Continuums of Care) are expected to have at least one successful upload and submit notes related to warnings by this date.
• December 25, 2023 – January 1, 2024: Winter Holiday Break Period. Review Teams will be unavailable during this time, but CoCs can continue uploading and cleaning their data.
• January 15, 2024: Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. Review Teams won’t be available, but CoCs can continue their data uploading and cleaning processes.
• January 17, 2024: Final Submission Deadline. By this time, data errors should have been addressed to the best extent possible, and comprehensive notes should accompany all resolved warnings.
