HUD CoC NOFO Project Applications due in esnaps 9/23/26

Dear Providers,

We hope you are doing well. As we mentioned in our last email, the HUD CoC application is due to HUD next week on September 30.

To meet this deadline, all HUD CoC new and renewal applications must be submitted in e-snaps no later than Wednesday, September 23, at 5:00 p.m.

Providers have received feedback on their initial applications. Some providers may still be awaiting feedback from their second or third reviews; all remaining feedback will be sent out shortly. Please reach out if you have questions on the status of your applications.

Please note that e-snaps is open and you are able to access your applications. You may continue to see the following message in e-snaps:

“Due to a court order, the 2026 CoC NOFO and its August 26, 2026, application submission deadline are no longer in force as HUD is unable to accept applications at this time. The FY26 CoC Priority Listing and all FY26 Project Applications are currently closed in e-snaps”

You can disregard this message.
