We’re happy to share a new resource and an updated one for CT BOS — please take a moment to review what’s below.
This is a new resource, created for stakeholders as a plain-language reference for terms commonly used in CT BOS meetings and materials. Whether you’re new to the CoC or just want a quick refresher, this is a handy one to bookmark.
PSH Statewide Requirements and Operations Guide (Updated)
This guide establishes the standard concepts, definitions, policies, and procedures for all CT Statewide Continuum of Care PSH Programs. It’s been revised — here’s what’s new:
- Assessment for and linkages to a higher level of care: a new requirement has been added.
- HMIS VoH (Vulnerability of Homelessness) information: updated to reflect required use effective 10/1/26.
