Overview

Summary of the changes:

  • Added “Waivers” menu under Case Management where you can view waivers on a perclient basis
  • Added Dashboards under the LEFT MENU > My CaseWorthy > My CaseWorthy menu item that display the following
    o Last 10 issued wavers for your organization: This is a clickable table that will provide a full list of waivers for your organization.
    o # of expired waivers for your organization: This is a clickable link that will provide a list of expired waivers
    o A direct link to the master list of waivers provided for your organization
  • Client Dashboard Alerts for expired waivers

Impact & Necessary Actions

What are the changes?
In response to the memo on Waivers for CPF Grand Programs and Consolidated Plan Requirements, an interface for attaching waiver information to client enrollments has been created for use inside the CT HMIS CaseWorthy application.

Which users are impacted?
CoC & DOH ESG funded Providers planning to take advantage of waivers.

How does this help?
Agencies will be able to track waiver usage on a per-program enrollment basis, record start/end times of that waivers effective/end dates, view all issued waivers and their active status and export data for reporting.
