Dear Colleagues:
There are many differences and nuances to eligibility regulations and the documentation which fulfills those regulations for each CoC and YHDP funded program type. Yet, inadequate eligibility documentation can result in a recapture of HUD funds.
CT BOS will conduct a training on eligibility documentation to clarify HUD requirements and provide tools and sample documents to meet those requirements. The training is organized in such a way that the broadest requirements applicable to all projects are presented first, and the narrowest are presented last. See additional details below.
