Consolidated Application & Priority Listing

Now Available

The final versions of the CoC Consolidated Application (e-snaps application including attachments) and the Priority Listing (list of all Reallocation forms/projects, and all New, Renewal and Replacement Projects and attachments) to be submitted to HUD for funding in the FY2026 Continuum of Care Program Competition have been posted to the CT BOS Website, per HUD requirement. They can be found on the HUD CoC Application page under the heading 2026 CoC Funding Opportunity.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this year’s application. This competition asked a lot of all of us. The timeline was extended and changed several times, and each time you came back ready to work. Project applicants revised materials on short notice, committee members reviewed and scored applications, and partners across the region shared data and answered questions quickly. The application reflects that collective effort.

Most of all, thank you for the work you do every day for individuals and families experiencing homelessness across the CT BOS region. Your commitment to helping people find and keep stable housing, and your partnerships with health care, behavioral health, employment, and other community systems, make a real difference in people’s lives.
